In his role as Principal Consultant for RyderMarsh OCAID, Quentin designs, delivers and evaluates a wide range of interventions that aide in Culture Improvement and Leadership/ Management Development. As lead consultant he has organised and undertaken Safety Culture Assessments with large organisations in diverse sectors such as Shipping/ Logistics and Food Manufacture. He fosters close, strong relationships with his clients, as he helps them to improve their Safety Culture.
Quentin is currently leading a very successful Culture Change programme with a major UK Ports and Logistics company. “Significantly improved employee engagement in the vital subject of safety … establishment of Safety Champions teams … producing many ideas for safety, productivity and efficiency improvements.”
